Postage and shipping
Postage and handling is additional and will be added to you order before checkout. Postage and handling are charged as follows:
Within Australia
Flat Rate – Shipping Charge = $15
We have done our best to average out the shipping costs – if there is a large difference we will contact you.
Outside Australia
To EU standard shipping estimated to be around $25 (6-11 days for delivery)
To US standard shipping to be around $35 (8-13 days delivery)
It’s difficult for us to give an international flat rate shipping charge, but we are happy to quote you postage if you get in touch.
Care is taken to pack your goods in a way to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. All orders available from stock should be shipped within 2 working days, once payment has been received / cleared. All efforts are made to ship everything as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped using Australia Post, and carry a return address in case of a mis-routed delivery.
Returns and Refund policy

For change of mind or incorrect decision we do not offer returns or refunds. Please choose carefully before ordering.
If your product is defective at the time of arrival you are eligible for a free repair.
To return your item you must provide a return authority number (R.A.N.). Please email us TG.admin@tgcairnscreations.net to receive your R.A.N. and include it inside the mail satchel that you are returning your item in. Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags need to be included with your return.
To send your item back to us, please use your preferred postal carrier, as tgcairnscreations does not pay for return postage costs. It’s best to insure the package and please be sure to note the tracking number.
To be eligible for a repair return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in its original condition, so if the bag is wrinkled from being poorly packed when returned, it will not be accepted so please be sure to pack any items very carefully.
If you ordered an item and have changed your mind we are not be able to offer you an exchange or refund as I have Handmade this bag just for you. If you have any questions that needs answering, please send us an email before ordering to discuss. TG.admin@tgcairnscreations.net
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Under Australian consumer law, we are not required to give refunds for change of mind, or incorrect decision returns.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to accommodate your request without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
